How to delete events on the iPhone calendar?

1- Open the calendar application and tap on the day you want to delete the event. Depending on how your calendar is displayed, you will need to tap on the month and enlarge the days;

2- Change the way of viewing the day by tapping the "lines" icon at the top right. If it is selected, it will show events in general for the months, if disabled it will show only events from the same day;
